This new test is a broad-spectrum knowledge analysis.

It is a multiple-choice test covering a range of topics.

YOUR FIRST ATTEMPT AT THIS TEST WILL BE THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL BE RECORDED AGAINST YOUR OVERALL TEST RESULTS.

THE TEST WILL BE TIMED - DURATION WILL BE FACTORED INTO THE FINAL RESULT.

Be prepared before embarking on this assessment - there will be NO SECOND CHANCES.

It marks the launch of the Dharma Initiative’s Volunteer Recruitment Program.

Having completed the eligibility test you can now download your official Dharma Initiative ID card. Simply go to My Profile and download your card. Carry it with pride.

Nuova email arrivata il 08/08/08 dalla Octagon Global Recruiting, in cui si fa riferimento al video girato in rete dopo il Comic-Con. La Dharma ora metterà il sito DharmaWantsYou sotto controlli di sicurezza, e per i prossimi giorni sarà inaccessibile.

The Dharma Initiative must stress that the video material leaked at Comic-Con 2008 was viewed entirely out of context. Furthermore, the way in which the material was presented utterly distorted its significance and credibility as scientific data.

The Dharma Initiative is extremely disappointed with this outcome and has ordered a security audit of all departments. As part of this audit the DharmaWantsYou recruiting website will undergo a security upgrade in the next few days.

Nuova email nella posta in arrivo da parte della Octagon Global Recruiting, firmata da Hans Van Eeghen, che invita tutti a fare il test online per far parte della Dharma Initiative, su Dharma Wants You.
Voi cosa state aspettando, nuove reclute?

Finalmente è arrivato il giorno per il panel di Lost al Comic-Con di San Diego!
La fila dei fans era lunghissima, ma gli appassionati della serie, che avevano fatto i test Dharma nei giorni scorsi, sono stati contenti del panel, che si è svolto praticamente tutto con domande e risposte e che ha visto regali Dharma per i fan (compresa una cravatta vera di Daniel Faraday).

Presenti gli autori Lindelof e Cuse e Matthew Fox, le domande sulla quinta stagione e sui significati della quarta si sono succedute, ottenendo qualche anticipazione, che lasciamo dopo il salto.

Al termine del panel, un fan arrabbiato è salito sul palco, dicendo di avere un video da mostrare, ripreso all’interno dello stand Dharma di nascosto. Il video mostra il fan che si presenta come Marvin Candle, vestito normale, che afferma che il suo vero nome è Pierre Chang e che vedremo il suo video tra 30 anni da ora. Dice che tutti i suoi colleghi astrofisici sono morti con una “violent purge” e lui spera di fare ripartire la Dharma Initiative andando indietro nel tempo, con l’Einstein Field, e cambiare il futuro. Attendiamo il video!

I fans di Lost si stanno passando voce sul test della Octagon Global Recruiting per entrare a far parte della Dharma. Allo stand viene consegnato un modulo e viene dato un orario di appuntamento per tornare allo stand. All’ora fissata si può entrare nello stand e vengono mostrate delle immagini, a cui bisogna rispondere con la prima cosa che viene in mente.

Alcune delle immagini sono state riferite come “molto bizzarre”, e ci sono diverse categorie tra cui scegliere. Il test dura cinque minuti, e viene detto subito se si è passati o no. Inoltre, viene caldamente consigliato ai partecipanti di vedere il panel di Lost di sabato, portando con loro i documenti di risultato del test.

Per chi si era registrato al sito Octagon Global recuiting, indicato nell’ultimo episodio di Lost, è arrivata una email informativa, visionabile anche sul sito, che rimanda al Comic-Con di san Diego di Luglio.

We will be launching in San Diego on July 24th at Comic-Con International offering select registrants the opportunity to take an exciting aptitude test that will give applicants the chance to demonstrate their unique talents.

The Dharma Initiative hopes you will be able to join us to find out more about their ground-breaking new research project. We will contact you closer to the date with more information.

For those not able to join us in San Diego, Dharma’s full recruitment program will be made available online to registered recruits after July 27th.
