E’ arrivato anche l’ultimo giorno di riprese della quarta stagione di Lost, come riportato sul blog di jorge Garcia.

Well folks. Assuming the two units finish everything on the schedule. And assuming that nothing accidentally goes through the x-ray machine at the airport. And nothing has to be re-shot next week after everything clears the lab…

Today is the last day of shooting on Season Four of LOST. (Whew!) We made it.

Le prossime stagioni di Lost saranno entrambe composte da 17 episodi, viso che quest’anno lo sciopero degli sceneggiatori ha fatto saltare le puntate previste, secondo Hollywood Reporter.

The 2009 and 2010 editions of the hit drama will be 17 hours each — not 16 as previously planned.

ABC has added two hours to the show’s production plan because the WGA strike knocked three hours out of the current season. To partly compensate, the network recently added an additional hour to Part 2 of the season finale that airs May 29.

Manca poco più di una settimana al ritorno di Lost con le ultime puntate di questa quarta stagione, e Entertainment Weekly ha recentemente fatto un giro sul set e assicura nuovi cambi di scenario per il finale, il ritorno del mostro e di alcuni personaggi che non vedevamo da un po’ come Richard Alpert, e le risposte a molte domande, in particolare sugli Oceanic Six e su chi è nella bara.

Direttamente da Ausiello di TV Guide, la notizia che i produttori di Lost starebbero proponendo alla ABC di produrre un’ora aggiuntiva alle 13 di questa stagione.

Un episodio in più, che probabilmente sarà da aggiungere al finale del 22 maggio, per fare l’episodio conclusivo di due ore prima della lunga pausa tra questa breve stagione e la prossima.

Chi sarà la spia di Ben sulla nave? Damon Lindelof a EW:

”Yes, we know you have all figured out who Ben’s man on the boat is. But once we’ve confirmed that for you, there’s still TEN MINUTES OF SHOW LEFT.”

Una conferma per la maggior parte delle teorie? Nel resto dell’articolo viene confutata l’idea che la spia sia chi tutti immaginiamo che sia, facendo il conto dei giorni trascorsi dalla partenza verso la rotta 325, ed esposte due interessanti teorie sui viaggi spazio temporali.

Bell’articolo su Entertainment Weekly in cui si analizzano le teorie su the Constant, l’episodio di lot dedicato a Desmond, con qualche chiarificazione da Damon Lindelof sui viaggi temporali, sui loro effetti diversi su Minkowsky e Desmond, e su cosa indirizzare le nostre idee.

To be clear, Desmond’s past was different before ”The Constant.” Before his time-travel adventure, Desmond never met Faraday at Oxford, never got Penelope’s digits. As a consequence of changing the past, Desmond’s personal history has been ”course corrected [..] But here’s a Big Question: since scoring Penelope’s phone number, has Course-Corrected Desmond lived his life knowing that on Christmas Eve 2004, he MUST be on a freighter in the South Pacific in order to make a call to Penelope if he wants any chance of having a future with her? Lindelof says this is indeed a matter we should be mulling”.

In una intervista a Entertainment Weekly, i due produttori di Lost Damon Lindelof e Carlton Cuse hanno dato qualche anticipazione sugli episodi in arrivo.

Sapremo dunque chi c’è nella bara del flashforward di Jack, entro il settimo episodio (che Jorge Garcia ha commentato come episodio dal finale scioccante) scopriremo chi sono tutti gli Oceanic Six, capendo se considerare anche Ben e Aaron parte dei 6, e nei prossimi episodi l’attenzione sarà focalizzata sul cast iniziale, con il ritorno di Michael.

Per scoprire chi o cosa è Jacob dovremo invece aspettare le ultime due stagioni.

* The identity of the body in the coffin from Jack’s flash-forward will be revealed.
* By the end of the seventh episode, you know the one Jorge Garcia said was gonna cause PSTD in viewers, all the Oceanic 6 survivors will be revealed, answering the question as to whether Ben and baby Aaron are considered part of O6.
* You won’t find out who or what Jacob is until the final two seasons.
* The five new episodes the producers are set to shoot now that the writers strike is over will emphasize the original cast — including Michael, who finally returns.

In una intervista al New York Post, Damon Lindelof ha dato qualche piccola anticipazione su cosa dobbiamo aspettarci da Lost per le prossime stagioni: ha infatti dichiarato che la quarta stagione sarà focalizzata su coloro che lasceranno l’isola, e sul fatto che vogliono assolutamente tornarci, la quinta sul perché hanno così bisogno di tornare, mentre nella sesta e ultima stagione sapremo cosa succede quando riusciranno a tornare.

Season 4 is about who gets off the island and the fact that they need to get back. Season 5 is about why they need to get back, and season 6 is about what happens when they get back.

Arriva da TheFuselage, direttamente da Jorge Garcia, la notizia che tutti stavamo aspettando: le riprese degli episodi mancanti della quarta stagione di lost ricominceranno il 10 marzo.

Da quando è stata annunciata la fine dello sciopero molte speculazioni sono state fatte su come e quando potrebbero tornare i nostri serial preferiti e su quante puntate potrebbero essere ancora girate.

Bene, ora arrivano notizie per Lost da TvGuide, secondo cui la quarta stagione verrebbe interrotta al settimo episodio, per poi riprendere a fine aprile (in un nuovo orario, sempre al giovedì ma dopo Ugly betty e Grey’s Anatomy) con le rimanenti sei puntate.

I produttori pensano che fare una pausa dopo l’episodio 7, invece dell’8, sia una migliore separazione per la narrazione, per cui avremmo sette episodi fino a metà marzo, e poi sei a partire da fine aprile.
